marcelo zamorano,
Network Administrator
Practical Empathy. Relentless Focus. Dependable Execution.
As Network & Systems Administrator, Marcelo Zamorano brings over 20 years of hands-on IT experience, and pairs deep infrastructure knowledge with a client-first, problem-solving mindset. His career began in New York City in 1998, supporting high-stakes hedge fund environments where system reliability, rapid triage, and discretion were non-negotiable. That high-demand foundation shaped his approach to modern technology: stay current, eliminate operational friction, and solve problems proactively before they disrupt business.
Marcelo approaches technical support with a simple principle: treat every user and system with the respect and urgency you would expect yourself. He takes the time to see challenges from the user’s perspective, bridging the gap between technical complexity and real-world workflow needs. Guided by a direct "get it done" discipline, Marcelo maintains sharp focus on the task at hand until an issue is fully resolved and the client's operations are secure.
“A strong network should work quietly in the background so your business can stay focused on what matters.”
